What is collected

When you send the enquiry form, this site receives the name, phone number, suburb, job type and notes you type, an email address if you give one, and the page the form was sent from. When you ring, the call is carried by a tracking number and may be recorded or transcribed, with a notice at the start of the call.

What it is used for

To pass your enquiry to one independent local concreter so they can contact you about the job, and to keep a record of enquiries so the site can be run. Your details are not sold, added to a marketing list or given to anyone other than that concreter and the people who operate this site.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to the site's operator and logged in a private spreadsheet. The email is sent through a transactional email service and the site is hosted on Cloudflare; both handle the data in the course of delivering it. The concreter who receives your enquiry handles it under their own privacy obligations.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and four actions: calls, quote button clicks, form submissions and calculator use. See the cookies page. No advertising identifiers are used.
